Ki-Aikido is a martial art that originates from Japan and teaches non-violent resolution of conflict by utilising an attackers own force to neutralise and subdue aggression. The training develops the ability to resolve complicated scenarios quickly in a relaxed and focused manner through the use of combat techniques and meditation.
